Convenient Location: The guest house is situated near local amenities and within walking distance of the marina and beach, providing easy access to entertainment and relaxation. Additionally, there are good pubs and convenience stores in close proximity, making it convenient for guests to enjoy their stay.
Lack of In-Room Entertainment: It would have been nice to have a TV in the room, rather than having to rely on the communal living room for access.

During my recent trip to Sunderland , I had the opportunity to stay at Roker End Guest House. As a frequent traveler, I found the location of this guest house to be highly convenient. Situated just 30 km away from the nearest airport, it was the perfect place for a transit stay during my journey. The proximity to the airport made it incredibly easy for me to catch my connecting flight without any hassle.
While my overall experience at Roker End Guest House was satisfactory, I was disappointed by the inflexibility of the property owner. I had mistakenly booked the night before I intended to stay, but upon arrival, I discovered that there was an unused room for the night I wanted to stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The communication with the hosts was great and they were very helpful. The house itself is beautiful, with clean and tidy rooms. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the shared facilities. The lounge room was spacious and well-maintained. The price of the accommodation was reasonable for an overnight stay near the beach. The location of the guest house is ideal, with plenty of on-street parking available. It is also within walking distance of the town center and the beach. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with a fantastic coastline. I had a great experience staying here.

the Roker End Guest House in Sunderland is absolutely spotless. The hosts were great at communicating and the house is easy to find with plenty of on-street parking. It's only a short walk to the beach and town center, and the surrounding area is peaceful. Plus - there's a good pub and convenience stores just a few minutes away.
Would definitely recommend.

Our room was clean and tidy, providing a pleasant overnight accommodation near the seafront. The price for our stay was reasonable, offering great value for money. The neighborhood was great, with an array of nice pubs and a fantastic coastline. The hotel's location was convenient, close to local amenities and within walking distance of the marina and beach. The hotel also had plenty of parking options available. The staff were friendly and we had excellent communication with them.
